Color refresh: A demi permanent color used to overall balance color cohesively. It is capable of darkening the overall result, and/or blending grey.

Root color: A single process permanent color used to match a previous color application seamlessly while covering grey entirely.

All over color: A single process permanent color applied root to end to result in an overall color change and offers complete grey coverage.

Face frame: Highlight resulting in a maximum amount of 6 foils or 6 balayage panels.

Custom: Highlight resulting in a maximum amount of 12 foils or 12 balayage panels.

Partial: Highlight resulting in a “half head” amount of foils or balayage panels.

Full: Highlight resulting in a “full head” amount of foils or balayage panels.

*All highlight category’s will allow for natural dimension between established highlights. Face frame + custom applications are ideal for maintenance or minimal highlighting for those “easing in.”

Shadow root: A semi/demi color used to blend grey or demarcation lines for a seamless finish post highlight.

Gloss: A semi/demi color used to enhance blondes, omit unwanted tones to the hair or deepen existing lightness. This is ideal for blondes or dimensional hair. 

Creative color: For our bold friends seeking any color under the rainbow! Consultations are required to keep our goals between client and stylist aligned and ready to take on the initial visit.

Brow tint: Used to color match the brow to the hair color and/or color grey or white brows.

Specialty coily/curly haircut: A true “curly” cut designed to cut each coil for perfectly sculpted, tailored-to-you results. 

Hair treatment: Ideal to request when build-up or mineral/chlorine coatings are present on the hair as this will restrict color from penetrating the hair.

*All haircuts involve a shampoo/condition unless declined by the client. Women/Girls cuts include deep conditioning masks also if they are needed for moisture or repair purposes.

*Formal styles must arrive at their scheduled appointments with clean, dry hair and with minimal product in the hair.
