With 13 years of experience, Bri is the proud owner of Moss & Mane and continues to build on her highly sought-after reputation in the beauty industry. She brings well-rounded expertise in all aspects of natural hair color and is known for consistently delivering exceptional results.
As a leader, Bri is deeply invested in her team’s growth—thriving on brand building, marketing strategy, and crafting clear, detailed visions to help stylists reach their full potential. Her sharp attention to detail, paired with a personable and grounded approach, make her an integral force behind the salon’s culture and success.
Giana Caldwell
Stylist - Tier 4
Meet G—Moss & Mane’s “OG”! Giana has been with us since the very beginning at our new location, bringing 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her warm, welcoming presence makes every guest feel like family, and her passion for hair shines through in all she does.
Outside the salon, Giana enjoys time with her husband, their newborn son, and their golden retriever, Mo. You might also catch her on the golf course—where she’s been known to give Tiger Woods a run for his money!
Giana specializes in creating effortlessly beautiful, lived-in hair with a strong emphasis on maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. Her dedication, skill, and signature touch make her a trusted favorite at Moss & Mane.
Grace Graff
Stylist -Tier 1
Meet Grace—bringing the wow factor with her natural talent and creative flair! Her skills behind the chair have already made a lasting impression, and she’s beyond excited to pamper each and every guest who sits in her chair.
Outside the salon, Grace is a proud Havapoo mom (you might even spot a cute photo of him at her station!) and a home décor enthusiast who loves curating cozy, beautiful spaces.

Avery Smith

Meet Avery! A Colchester native, Avery brings 4 years of behind-the-chair experience and a true passion for all things hair. Specializing in blonding and dimensional color, she loves creating customized looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty and confidence.
Outside of the salon, Avery is an animal lover and all-around beauty fan. She’s excited to bring her skills, warmth, and creativity to Moss & Mane right in the heart of her hometown.

Taylor Negron
THE ROOTED CHAPTER
Meet Taylor! Originally from Florida, Taylor brings 13 years of behind-the-chair experience and a contagious enthusiasm for all things hair. She has more than adapted to life in our charming small town and is 2 years married to her amazing wife, who has been a true support to the team!
Taylor is a wonderfully experienced stylist who previously worked as a stylist for Moss & Mane and is now independently renting her chair. She brings a refined approach to her work and continues to offer personalized services to her clients. With over a decade behind the chair, Chanelle brings both experience and intention to every guest she works with. Her journey began early—attending a technical high school and stepping into the world of hair at just 16—laying the foundation for the refined skillset she’s known for today.
For the past three years, Chanelle has worked as an independent artist, cultivating a personalized approach that blends creativity with thoughtful consultation. She specializes in dimensional color and vivid transformations, creating looks that feel both expressive and effortlessly wearable.
Deeply passionate about all things beauty, Chanelle is equally dedicated to educating her guests—ensuring they feel confident in maintaining their hair beyond the salon.
When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her riding her Harley or spending time with her cats.
